What kind of experience do you have with babies and mothers that makes you a great doula?
I have worked for babysitting agencies and have experience with twin babies. I have also attended a couple of births and completed hands-on training to further my expertise.

How do you help new moms feel strong and supported, especially Black mothers?
I prepare birth parents for emergencies, teach effective breathing techniques and massage methods, and guide them through different birthing positions to promote strength and comfort.

Besides birth and postpartum support, what other ways do you help families?
I strive to build strong relationships and offer consistent emotional support throughout the entire journey, ensuring families feel heard and cared for.
